"Let It Die"

When I song says everything you can't....

Let it die and get out of my mind
We don't see eye to eye
Or hear ear to ear
Don't you wish that we could forget that kiss ?
And see this for what it is
That we're not in love

The saddest part of a broken heart
Isn't the ending so much as the start

It was hard to tell just how I felt
To not recognize myself
I started to fade away
And after all it won't take long to fall in love
Now I know what I don't want
I learned that with you

The saddest part of a broken heart
Isn't the ending so much as the start
The tragedy starts from the very first spark
Losing your mind for the sake of your heart
The saddest part of a broken heart
Isn't the ending so much as the start

I like the words, but, babe.... This song is DEPRESSING AS HELL!!!

I hope you're not sitting around your dorm listening to ish that sounds like this!?

This will put u in a funk and KEEP you there! Turn on some woman-empowering, f you nigga, you ain't ish, I don't need you and I don't care if you miss me music!

Like Danity Kane "So What", Amy Winehouse "Tears Dry on their Own" Blaque (I know... I took it wayyy back) "As If", Beyonce "Lost Yo Mind", Destiny's Child "So Good", Brandy "Who I Am", Beyonce "Green Light"...

Just a few from my personal iTunes playlist, affectionately entitled "F* Dat N*gga!" Basically, something fun that makes you feel good and makes you want to get up and DANCE, not lay down and cry!

And if that doesn't work, IDK if you are a Christian, but there are times when I can't listen to anything BUT Gospel...

Bottom line, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and be HAPPY with your realization....

This fool REPEATEDLY cheats on his gf... He is a DOG and you don't want anyone like that in your life anyway!!!!

I'll be checking in on you later this week and you BETTER be the happy, self-fulfilled, goal-oriented Bloggal that I've been reading about for the past few weeks... OR ELSE!!

e-hugs!!!

@ Experience Woo-Wee. You took it there with Tears Dry on Their Own. That song got me through a lot.
